Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please note: We are unable to offer a refund or exchange after this 30-day period.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable)
- Books showing clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, or with damaged/missing parts not due to our error
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank or card statement.
- Contact your credit card provider — it may take time for your refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank — processing delays may occur.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser first and later given to you, we will issue the refund to the original buyer.
