Coin Authentication
What is your authentication process?
Our authentication process involves multiple stages: visual inspection, weight and measurement verification, metallurgical testing, die analysis, and historical context review. Each coin is examined by at least two certified numismatists.
How long does authentication take?
Standard authentication: 3-5 business days
Priority service: 48 hours
Urgent service: 24 hours (additional fee applies)
What information do you need for authentication?
Clear photos (obverse, reverse, edge), weight in grams, diameter in millimeters, metal type, and any provenance information. For valuable coins, we recommend professional photography.
Shipping & Delivery
How are coins packaged for shipping?
All coins are packaged in archival-quality holders, placed in protective padding, and shipped in discreet, secure packaging. High-value items include tamper-evident seals and require signature confirmation.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Standard (5-7 business days), Express (2-3 business days), and Overnight (1 business day). International shipping available with full insurance coverage.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipments include all necessary customs documentation and are fully insured. Some countries may have import restrictions on certain numismatic items.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from delivery date. Coins must be returned in original condition with all documentation. Authentication fees are non-refundable.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our support team to receive a return authorization number. Include this number with your return shipment. Returns without authorization cannot be processed.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
